Vision

The Brooklyner was conceived by a creative collective who imagined a building that infuses modern urban living with a decidedly homegrown Brooklyn style.

Its distinctive exterior façade -- a basket-weave pattern of glass, metal and textured concrete -- is an articulation of architect Randy Gerner’s modern vision of the neighborhood’s unique urban fabric.

The location is Downtown Brooklyn — a new residential neighborhood that lies at the core of Brooklyn Heights, DUMBO, Fort Greene, Boerum Hill, Cobble Hill and Carroll Gardens.
